China Dairy Group names Li Jia as General Manager of Xi’An Yinqiao

The group gave weight to Li’s competence to manage the operations of Xi’An Yinqiao as its previous assistant manager.

As part of succession planning, Management of Xi'An Yinqiao Biological Science and Technology Co. Ltd. (“Xi’An Yinqiao”) had identified Mr Li as the candidate to oversee the operations of Xi’An Yinqiao. Mr Li had gained some experience in project management and market development during his past employment. In view of his experience, Management of Xi'An Yinqiao had arranged Mr Li to assist the General Manager in the daily operations of Xi’An Yinqiao since December 2010. During this period of about 9 months, Mr Li had acquired the relevant experience and has shown to be competent to manage the operations of Xi’An Yinqiao, according to a China Daily Group report. 

Prior to his appointment Li, 33, had been a Project Manager in Zhongxing Tele-Communication Stock Limited Company from July 2005 to October 2010 before joining the group.
