The Board of China Essence Group announced the resignation of Zhao Libin as Chief Executive Officer.
Upon his cessation as Chief Executive Officer, Mr Zhao, 39, shall remain as Executive Chairman of the Company to concentrate on developing business strategies and new business ventures of the Group.
He will work closely alongside with Mr Liu Changling to drive the business forward, according to a China Seesnce Group report.
This signals chemical firm Eastman’s commitment to its Asian clients.
