Luzhou Bio-chem Technology appoints Wang De You Executive Director and CEO

He was promoted to the post from being Group Deputy General Manager for 6 years.

The Board of Directors of Luzhou Bio-chem Technlogy announced the appointment of Wang De You as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer. Mr Wang has been an Executive Director and the Group Deputy General Manager since the Company’s listing in 2006. The Board has reviewed and considered Mr Wang’s qualifications and work experience and is of the view that Mr Wang is suitable for the position of Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Wang will be responsible for the overall management of the Group’s business and operations, according to a Luzhou Bio-chem Technlogy report.

He has been the Group Deputy General Manager of Luzhou Bio-chem Technology Limited from 2005 up to the present. Prior to this he was Assistant General Manager, Shandong Luzhou Food Group Co., Ltd. from 2002 to 2005:
