Special SIA jumbo jet to take part in National Day Parade flypast

It's SIA's first time to participate in the show.

A Singapore Airlines A380, the world's largest passenger airliner, will take part in the National Day Parade (NDP) aerial flypast on 9 August to celebrate SG50.

The aircraft will be in a special livery, featuring a 10m-tall and 47m-long Singapore flag-themed design on both sides of the fuselage, with the official SG50 logo on the inboard engines and the NDP 2015 logo on the underside.

It will make its flypast over the Marina Bay area at the closing of the Vintage Parade segment of the show, which will also feature 20 Singapore Girls on trishaws, reminiscent of famous Singapore Airlines advertisements of the past.
This marks the first time SIA will be participating in the NDP flypast.
