ST Engineering subsidiary injects $8.1m into Keystone Holdings
It’s to add an Airbus A321 to its portfolio.
Singapore Technologies (ST) Engineering announced that ST Aerospace Resources has injected about US$5.78 (roughly $8.1m) into its subsidiary Keystone Holdings (Global).
According to the group’s news release, the capital injection is to add an Airbus A321 into its aircraft leasing portfolio.
This brings ST Aerospace Resources’ total share capital contribution in Keystone Holdings (Global) to about US$18.96m ($26.7m).
As part of its capitalisation exercise, Keystone Holdings (Global) has also injected US$2.30 ($3.3m) into its subsidiary Keystones Leasing (UK) Limited, which in turn injected the same amount into Keystone 1 Limited.
The group reports it does not expect the capital injections to materially impact ST Engineering’s tangible assets per share and earnings per share for the current financial year.
