Tiger Airways incorporates Roar Aviation II
The wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore will be used for investment holding.
The issued and paid-up share capital of Roar Aviation II Pte. Ltd. is S$1 comprising one ordinary share.
Tiger said the incorporation will not result in any material impact on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the company and its subsidiaries for the current financial year ending 31 March 2013.
