Tiger Airways to relocate to Changi Airport Terminal 2

It will be relocating in the early hours of 25 September 2012.

Tiger Airways Singapore announced that it will be relocating to Terminal 2 at Singapore Changi Airport in the early hours of Tuesday 25 September 2012 from its current base at the Budget Terminal.

Tiger Airways' flights will operate at Terminal 2 from 0600 hours on that day.

The BT will be demolished to make way for the construction of a larger passenger terminal building.

Tiger Airways Singapore relocated to the BT in March 2006 following the opening of the BT. Since that time, the number of passengers that have flown with Tiger Airways Singapore has grown 14-fold.

Tiger Airways Singapore and CAG have been engaged in ongoing discussions with regards to airport infrastructure at Changi Airport.
