Singapore Airlines to bid farewell to its first Airbus A380

It’s not extending the lease after it expires next year.

It is a blow to Airbus’ sales expansion plan, but Singapore Airlines already decided it will no longer extend the lease on its first Airbus A380 jet when the contract expires October next year.

Singapore Airlines will announce on a later date its plans on the other four Airbuses.
