ST Aerospace injects $26m into Xiamen-based STATCO

Its total contribution now stands at $55.7m.

ST Engineering yesterday revealed that its aerospace arm has injected another $26m into its Xiamen-based engine maintenance, repair and operations joint venture company.

The capital injection was completed via ST Aerospace’s wholly-owned subsidiary STA Engines.

STA Engines’ total share capital contribution in STATCO now stands at $55.7m. The capital injection is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year.
