Tigerair, Scoot to launch Hawaii route

Whilst the two rebrand as Scoot Tigerair.

Singapore Changi's Tigerair and Scoot have disclosed an update on their current integration and merger process in an application to the United States Department of Transportation for a Foreign Air Carrier Permit (FACP), a report from cH-aviation said.

The two plans a merger when Tigerair as the surviving entity will be rebranded as Scoot Tigerair. In its FACP application, Tigerair says that it plans to operate a service from its Changi hub via Osaka Kansai to Honolulu after the merger is complete.
