SATS Ltd announced the resignation of Leo Yip Seng Cheong as independent non-executive director effective 1 March 2015.
Mr Yip, 51, was also a member of Nominating Committee, Remuneration Committee and Human Resource Committee, according to a SATS Ltd.
He was appointed to the post on 1 September 2010.
