ST Engineering injects more capital into US units

ST Engineering has injected today announced that VT aerospace has injected $2.72m (US$2.06m) and $1.31m (US$995,000) into the capital of its wholly owned subsidiaries, Aviation Academy of America (AA) and VT Aviation Services (VTAS) respectively.

This would bring VT Aerospace’s total investments in AAA and VTAS to $3.78m (US$2.86m) and $1.32m (US$996,000) respectively.

Marketed as part of ST Aerospace’s global network, AAA works in tandem with ST Aerospace's commercial pilot training academy, to offer an integrated suite of pilot training services to customers around the world.

These capital injections are not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year.
