A bankruptcy order was filed on Feb 18.
Local construction company Swee Hong revealed that Ong Hock Leong, the group's Managing Director and CEO, has stepped down from his post after being hit with a bankruptcy order.
The company said that a bankruptcy order has been made against Ong on February 18. Ong has vacated his position in line with Section 148 of the Companies Act.
