URA receives application for Woodlands Avenue 12 site tender

Made available for sale through the Reserve List system on 8 December 2009, the land parcel will soon be up for public tender for a minimum bid of S$25 million.

The land parcel at Woodlands Avenue 12 has a site area of about 3.2 ha and a maximum gross plot ratio of 2.5. The industrial site can be developed for a variety of uses under "Business 1" zoning with a lease period of 60 years.

Public tender for the site will be launched before the end of the month with tender period of about four weeks.
