Only a 34.8% stake was sold.
Yanlord Land Group Limited (Yanlord) and Perennial Real Estate Holdings (PREH) failed a takeover in United Engineers Limited (UEL).
According to KGI, the total number of shares controlled by the offeror amounted to 221.9 million units, or 34.8% of UEL's ordinary shares.
An announcement said UEL closed the bid offerings on 19 September.
