ITE Electric announced the resignation of Ang Cheng Gian as chif operating officer.
Mr Ang, 56, was responsible for corporate and financial planning, business development and oversees the Group's operations in Singapore and Malaysia, accoridng to an ITE Electric report.
He was appointed to the post on 27 July 2005.
