Charisma Energy Services promotes Tan Ser Ko to CEO and executive director

He will replace Woo Peng Kong who will be redeployed to Ezion Holdings as director of special projects effective 1 October 2014.

Charisma Energy Services announced the appointment of Tan Ser Ko as chief executive officer and executive director effective 1 October 2014.

Mr Tan, 47, will be responsible for Charisma's strategic planning, corporate management, operations and business development, according to a Charisma Energy Services report.

He is currently an executive director of Charisma Energy Services since March 2012 and executive director of Centennial Capital since August 2007 until his appointment. Before this, he was non-executive and independent director of Charisma Energy Services from July 2011 to February 2012 and independent director at M Development from October 2009 to March 2013.
