Choy Bing Choong joins Natural Cool Holdings as CIO

He meets the management's selection criteria to elect a person who can manage the the group's investments more effectively.

Natural Cool Holdings announced the appointment of Choy Bing Choong as chief investment officer.

Mr Choy, 48, will be responsible for formulating, planning and executing the company's corporate strategies; charting the growth of the Group through identification of merger and acquisition opportunities; management of the Group's investment more effectively by working closely with Chief Financial Officer; and involving in the planning of operational strategy, according to a Natural Cool Holdings report.

In the past, he was director of corporate finance of CIMB Bank, Singapore branch from August 2007 to June 2014 and corporate finance manager of Rajah & Tann LLP from August 2003 to July 2006.
