Choy Bing Choong steps down as Natural Cool Holdings' executive director
He remains chief investment officer of the company.
Mr. Choy, 50, is responsible for formulating, planning and executing the company's corporate strategies. He is also in charge of charting the growth of the group through identification of merger and acquisition opportunities. He is also responsible for managing the group's investment more effectively by working closely with the chief financial officer. He is also involving in the planning of operational strategy.
According to a release, the current developments and dynamics of the board has made it difficult for Mr. Choy to contribute and discharge his duties as an executive director effectively.
