Edwin Lim Kwang Seng joins PS Group Holdings as managing director at PS Components

He is the owner of Cima Marketing and Procurement.

PS Group Holdings announced the appointment of Edwin Lim Kwang Seng as managing director at PS Components (PSC), a subsidiary of the company.

Mr Lim, 50, will be responsible for the operations and business development of PSC.

He is the managing director/owner of Cima Marketing and Procurement (CMP), a sole proprietorship, from April 2005 to July 2014 and Cima Marketing (CM) from Jul 2014 to February 2015. Mr Edwin Lim has undertaken to cease the business and operations of CMP and CM with immediate effect and to procure the termination of CMP and winding up of CM immediately after the settlement of existing outstanding receivables from and payables due to CMP and CM, according to a PS Group Holdings report.

Before CMP and CM, he was sales and sourcing consultant for Indonesia at PT AJBS Swalayan from August 2003 to Mar 2005.
