AusGroup announced the resignation of Grant Anthony Pestell as an independent non-executive director.
Mr Pestell, 43, he also relinquisehd his being a member of the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Health, Safety and Sustainability Committee.
He was appointed to the post on 2 June 2011, accoridng to an AusGroup report.
