Hiap Hoe appoints Teo Ho Beng as Chairman

The company has seen that Mr. Teo's capabilities and competence suit his duties.

The Board of Hiap Hoe announced the appointment of Teo Ho Beng as Chairman. Mr Teo Ho Beng has been the Managing Director of the Company since 16 January 2003 and had assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer on 16 January 2006. Mr Teo has demonstrated his capabilities and competence in the discharge of his duties. The Board has considered Mr Teo suitable for the position of Chairman.

Mr Teo, 57, is responsible for the formulation of corporate strategies, policies and directing the Group.   

He has been CEO and Managing Director of Hiap Hoe Limited from 2003 to present and CEO and Executive Director of SuperBowl Holdings Limited from 1994 to present.
