Mun Siong Engineering names Seah Hai Yang as CFO

He is founder of Van Der Broeck’s Consultancy, a company providing accounting consultancy and corporate secretarial support services.

Mun Siong Engineering appoints Seah Hai Yang as chief financial officer.

Mr Seah, 51, will oversee the financial operations, corporate secretarial, corporate finance and treasury management functions. He is the company secretary of the company since June 2010, according to a Mun Siong Engineering report.

He was director, shareholder and founder of Van Der Broeck’s Consultancy, a company providing accounting consultancy and corporate secretarial support services. Mr Seah has also acted as company secretary to several public companies listed on the SGX-ST (both mainboard and Catalist) from 2003 to present. Prior to establishing his own company, Mr Seah held senior appointments in accounting and finance in both private and public companies in various industries. He is also an Independent director and the chairman of the Audit Committee of Asiatic Group Holdings.
