Next-Gen Satellite appoints Robert Scott Zimmer as Executive Director

Mr. Zimmer was a strategic consultant and Senior Advisor for EchoStar International Corporation.

The Board of Directors of Next-Gen Satellite Communications Ltd. has announced the appointment of Robert Scott Zimmer as Executive Director.

The Nominating Commitee had earlier reviewed Mr. Robert Zimmer's qualifications, and considered his work experience to be relevant to the Company. It has therefore recommended, and obtained the Board's concurrence, to appoint him as the Company's Executive Director, according to a Next-Gen Satellite Corp. report.

At present, he is the strategic consultant for EchoStar International Corporation. He was the Senior Advisor to chairman of EchoStar Communications Corporation and DISH Network from 2008 to 201. Before this he was the founder of LEAP, a company specialising in satellite and internet technologies from 1998 to 2008.
