Pollux Properties' Alternate Director resigns
Family commitment prompted Henry Ho Seng Tin to resign as Alternate Director to Mr Po Sun Kok.
The Board of Pollux Properties announced the resignation of Henry Ho Seng Tin as Alternate Director to Po Sun Kok who is non-executive Chairman and member of the Remuneration and Nominating Committee.
Mr Ho, 70, was appointed to the post 8 September 2010, according to a Pollux Properties report.
This signals chemical firm Eastman’s commitment to its Asian clients.
