PSL Holdings named Tan Cheang Shiong as CFO

He graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in 2000.

Mr. Tan, 38, is responsible for the Group's financial functions including accounting, financial reporting, taxation and treasury management, mergers and acquisition, internal controls and risk management.

He was regional controller of (South East Asia) ADM Asia Pacific Trading from September 2016 to December 2016. He was CFO for Geo Energy Resources from March 2011 to August 15, 2016. He was assistant controller of South East Asia for Honeywell from July 2007 to February 2011. He was finance manager for Sunningdale Tech from June 2006 to June 2007. He was also an auditor for Deloitte & Touche (Singapore) from 2000 to 2006.

He got a professional qualification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2002. He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
