SIA Engineering's Director Andrew Lim Ming-Hui resigns
His resignation is pursuant to good corporate governance principles on board rejuvenation.
The Board of SIA Engineering announced the resignation of Andrew Lim Ming-Hui as Director.
Mr. Lim, 50, was also Member of the Audit Committee and Member of the Compensation & HR Committee, according to a SIA Engineering report.
He was appointed to the post 1 August 2006.
