Yow Hon Meng stepped down as Hai Leck Holdings' CFO

His reason is retirement.

Mr. Yow, 60, was CFO since May 9, 2013. He was responsible for the full spectrum of financial, taxation and treasury functions. He had overseen the day-to-day finance and accounts functions the group and consolidated its accounts and reporting as well as provided financial analysis and appraisal of investments and disposals of assets.

Prior to that, he was CFO and group financial controller for Sinwa, Evergro Properties (formerly known as Dragon Land Limited), VibroPower Corporation and Superior Multi-Packaging f rom 1996 to June 2007. He was finance and admininstration manager for Brilliant General Building Construction f rom 1993 to 1996. He was finance manager for Provincial Insurance Asia from 1991 to 1993. He was finance and administration manager for British American General Insurance from 1988 to 1991. He was senior auditor for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co., now KPMG, from 1983 to 1987.

Mr. Yow is a fellow of Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a non-practising member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
