97 Pioneer Road property sold to Landscape Engineering for S$11.18m

Bolder Tech's offer has been accepted.

Bolder Technologies Pte Ltd (Bolder Tech) has agreed to offer to sell the property at 97 Pioneer Road, Singapore 639579 to Landscape Engineering Pte Ltd for a total consideration of S$11.18m, excluding the goods and services tax.

Landscape Engineering has accepted Bolder Tech's offer in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Option to Purchase. Accordingly, Landscape Enginering has agreed to purchase the property from Bolder Tech on the terms and conditions contained in the Option to Purchase.

GP Batteries, the parent of Bolder Technologies, said that it will release further announcements as and when there are any material developments on the proposed disposal.
