Interested buyers have until March 1.
A food factory at Jalan Boon Lay has been put up for sale by Expression of Interest.
The development is a food factory that sprawls across a massive corner site of approximately 316,524 sq ft. Featuring prominent double road frontages along Jalan Boon Lay and Chin Bee Drive, the food factory has a gross floor area of approximately 127,557 sq ft.
Last year, three similar properties with more modest land area, ranging from 22,000 sq ft to 77,800 sq ft, were sold between SGD5.3 million and SGD8.5 million.
Interested parties are invited to submit their offers to Colliers International by 1 March 2016 at 3.00 pm.
