Global Logistic Properties subsidiary enters 20-year lease deal with Beijing Aviation Ground Service

The arrangement involves 60,000 sqm of facilities at Beijing Capital International Airport.

GLP announced that its 53% subsidiary Airport City Development Co. Ltd. has entered into a 20-year lease arrangement with Beijing Aviation Ground Service Co., Ltd for 60,000 sqm of facilities at ACL’s bonded air terminal warehouse at BCIA.

The shareholders of BGS are SATS Ltd, China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, and Capital Airports Holding Company.
