Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust bags $260m loan to refinance bonds due July

From BNP Paribas and StanChart.

Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust has received a $260m loan from BNP Paribas Singapore and Standard Chartered Singapore to refinance its $200m unsecured bonds due on July.

The loan facility has a tenor of 54 months and subject to documentation. Apart from refinancing the bonds, it will be used for working capital and general funding purposes.
