Sims Drive / Aljunied Road industrial site draws 14 bids

Highest tender offer for the 6,312.2-sqm site was at $43,488,100 from Fragrance Biz Space Pte Ltd.

This resulted in a highest tendered sale price of $2,749.48 per sqm of gross plot ratio, which stands at a maximum of 2.5, according to the tender closing data from Urban Redevelopment Authority. The industrial site allows for Business 1 type development.

Mezzo Development Pte Ltd registered the second-highest bid at $35,000,000 while Lirea Properties Pte. Ltd. sent in a third-placing $31,388,000 bid. The tender was launched last February 16 and URA will announce the winning bidder at a later date.
