Two industrial sites up for sale

The tender for the sites at Bukit Batok Street 23 and Yishun Avenue 9 will close on 22 August 2012 and 30 August 2012 respectively.

In a URA release, these 2 sites are part of the 16 industrial sites announced for sale under the Confirmed List of the 1st half 2012 Industrial Government Land Sales Programme. The tender for the industrial sites at Bukit Batok Street  23 and Yishun Avenue 9 (Parcel 5) will close at 12 noon on 22 August 2012 and 30 August 2012 respectively. Selection of the successful tenderer will be based on the tendered land price only.

The Land Parcel at Bukit Batok Street 23 has a site area of about 1.5 ha and is to be developed for Business 1 uses. The site has a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 2.5 and a lease period of 30 years.

Land Parcel 5 at Yishun Avenue 9 has a site area of about 2 ha and is to be developed for Business 1 uses. The site has a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 2.5 and a lease period of 30 years.

Both sites are zoned Business 1 which can be developed for various uses such as light industry, clean industry, utilities or telecommunication uses, as permitted under the Planning Act.
