Viva Industrial Trust to raise up to $65m via private placement
At an issue price of $0.875 per stapled security.
Viva Industrial Trust plans to raise $65m via a private placement of new stapled securities.
The trust will issue up to 50,955,000 new stapled securities at an issue price of S$0.785 per New Stapled Security to raise gross proceeds of up to approximately $40.0 million.
In case the placement is oversubscribed, the trust has an upsize option of increasing the placement size by 31.85m new stapled securities so as to raise additional gross proceed of up to $25m.
