Wee Hur clinches $157.7m Punggol West mega precinct project from HDB

Its order book now stands at $404.9m.

Mainboard-listed property developer Wee Hur revealed that it has clinched a $157.7m contract from the Housing & Development Board (HDB).

The contract is for a mega precinct named Matilda Court in Punggol West. The project will begin next month and is expected to complete in approximately 2.5 years.

According to OSK DMG, the project involves the construction of ten residential blocks, a multi-storey car park, linkways, roof gardens, driveways, service roads and landscaping works at Punggol West. It also includes a commercial block which houses shops, eateries and supermarket, and other communal facilities.

OSK DMG also notes that the project will contribute to Wee Hur’s revenue in the financial years from 2014 to 2017, and it strengthens the Group’s order book to an estimated $404.9m.
