CapitaLand Integrated Resorts has been removed from the Register of Companies for its dormancy.

In a release, CapitaLand Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, CapitaLand Integrated Resorts Pte. Ltd., has applied to the Registrar of Companies to be struck off from the Register of Companies as it is dormant. The Registrar of Companies has given her approval for CIR to be struck off from the Register of Companies pursuant to Section 344(4) of the Companies Act, Cap. 50 with effect from 5 June 2012.

The striking-off of CIR is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the CapitaLand Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2012.

None of the Directors or the controlling shareholder of CapitaLand has any interest, direct or indirect, in the striking-off of CIR.
