UOL pops the champagne on Seventy Saint Patrick's over 80% take-up

The rest of the units will be opened tomorrow.

According to a release, Seventy Saint Patrick’s, a low rise 186-unit freehold condominium located in the prestigious District 15 area, was officially launched by UOL Group Ltd today.

The nine blocks of five-storey apartments are sprawled across a spacious 140,000 sq ft site at St Patrick’s Road. Situated less than one kilometre away from the relaxing beaches of East Coast Park, the development is at the doorstep of the upcoming Marine Terrace station of the Thomson-East Coast MRT Line. It is also well connected to the rest of Singapore via the East Coast Parkway, Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway and Marina Coastal Expressway, and enjoys close proximity to Changi Airport.

Seventy Saint Patrick’s is well priced at an average price ranging from $1,600 to $1,700 per square foot (psf). The typical two- to three-bedroom apartments range from 700 sq ft to 1,302 sq ft, while the dual key units range from 1,410 sq ft to 1,442 sq ft. The development also includes 36 penthouses, which range from 1,033 sq ft to 1,647 sq ft.

Mr Anthony Wong, Deputy General Manager (Marketing) said: “We released 120 units today and nearly 100 units, including about 10 penthouses have been taken up. Due to the overwhelming response, we will open up the rest of the units tomorrow. Seventy Saint Patrick’s sits on a freehold site that is near to the upcoming Marine Terrace MRT – such locational attribute is rare. It is also in a prestigious location surrounded by private and landed housing. We have a well designed product which will appeal to those who like the charms of living in low rise units and being close to nature.”

Mr Wong added that residents will be in close proximity to a comprehensive range of facilities like Parkway Parade and 112 Katong shopping malls, Marine Parade Library, and Parkway East Hospital. An array of reputable schools is in the vicinity, including Tao Nan School, Victoria School, Tanjong Katong Girls’ School and Victoria Junior College.

The development’s facilities are categorised into five different sections: Private Sanctuary, Social Niche, Wellness Hub, Nature Retreat, and Leisure Enclave. Amenities include a meditation deck, wet and dry reflexology, alfresco deck, a 50-metre lap pool, Jacuzzi loungers and a barbeque pavilion.

In addition, Seventy Saint Patrick’s is conveniently located near a wide array of dining options in East Coast Park, Katong, Siglap and Joo Chiat. Quaint and idyllic restaurants and cafes are also located along East Coast Road. At the International Property Awards (Asia Pacific) 2014, Seventy Saint Patrick’s won the top accolade in the Residential Developments, Singapore category.
