Anthony Cheong Fook Seng resigns as Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management director

He quitted due to the need for providing a dedicated company secretarial service to the Frasers Centrepoint Group after it had undergone separate listing on the SGX-ST.

Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management announced the resignation of Anthony Cheong Fook Seng as non-executive non-independent director.

Mr Cheong, 60, was also a member of the Audit Committee, according to a Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management report.

He was appointed to the post on 27 January 2006.
