CapitaLand appoints Wen Khai Meng as CEO, CapitaLand Financial Limited

Appointment made behind Mr Wen’s extensive experience in managing investment activities and financial services unit of the Group.

The Board of CapitaLand announced the appointment of Wen Khai Meng as Chief Executive Officer, CapitaLand Financial Limited.

Given Mr Wen’s extensive experience in directing investment activities and managing the financial services unit of CapitaLand Group, the Board is confident that Mr Wen will be able to apply his experience to effectively spearhead the growth of CapitaLand Group's financial services business.

The appointment is executive in nature. Mr Wen will drive the financial services business unit to expand fund management and other financial services of the real estate industrym accorfing to a CapitaLand Group report.

Before his appointment, he worked as Chief Investment Officer, CapitaLand Limited from July 2009 to Current. Before this he was Chief Executive Officer, CapitaLand Commercial Limited from April 2007 to June 2009 and Co-Chief Executive Officer, CapitaLand Financial Limited from April 2007 to June 2009.
