China New Town Development Company appoints Wu Jubo as CFO

He was the chief accountant at Yangzhou subsidiary of CITIC Pacific Special Steel Group.

China New Town Development Company announced the appoinment of Wu Jubo as chief financial officer.

Mr Wu, 49, will be responsible for all finance, taxation and accounting matters, according to a China New Town Development Company report.

He was chief accountant at Yangzhou subsidiary of CITIC Pacific Special Steel Group from May 2013 to April 2014, director and financial controller at Kazakhstan KMK Oil Joint Stock and the deputy general manager at Wuxi Heng Yuan Investment Company from May 2010 to May 2013. During the period between April 2004 to May 2010, he was head of finance at CITI Pacific (Hong Kong) Investment, chief accountant at Xing Cheng Special Steel Company and director and secretary of Daye Special Steel Company.
