City Development's Director Han Vo-Ta retires
Han Vo-Ta also cease to act as a member of the Audit and Board Committees.
The Board of City Development announced the retiorement of Han Vo-Ta as Director. Mr Han, who was due to retire as a Director at the 49th Annual General Meeting of the Company pursuant to the Company’s Articles of Association, had notified the Company that he would not be seeking re-election as a Director at the 49th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Consequently, Mr Han, 63, would also cease to act as a member of the Audit and Board Committees, following the conclusion of the 49th Annual General Meeting of the Company, according to a City Development report.
He was appointed to the post 20 September 1988.
