Wing Tai Property announced the resignation of Dennis Au Hing Lun as executive director effective 6 May 2014.
Mr Au, 54, was in charge of the day-to-day management of the group's property division, according to a Wing Tai Property report.
He was appointed to the post 5 February 2004.
