Frank Ng Tze Wei quits as Viva Industrial Trust Management head of corporate finance

Viva Industrial Trust Management announced the resignation of Frank Ng Tze Wei as head of corporate finance and investor relations of the managers.

Mr Ng, 35, was responsible for facilitating communications and liaison with Stapled Securityholders.

He also worked with the CEO and other members of the managers' management team to formulate strategic plans for the company in accordance with the managers' investment strategy. Moreover, he worked closely with other members of the management team in facilitating and coordinating the formulation of strategic plans focused primarily on the creation of value for Stapled Securityholders, and in promoting and marketing the company to Stapled Securityholders, prospective investors and the media, according to a Viva Industrial Trust Management report.

He was appointed to the post on 1 March 2012.
