Perennial Real Estate Holdings announced the resignation of Goh Soon Yong as deputy chief executive officer of China.
Mr Goh, 55, will stay on for another year as advisor to the group, according to a Perennial Real Estate Holdings report.
He was appointed to the post on 27 October 2014.
