HLH Group names Tan Soong Hwa as Financial Controller
She will take hold of the Group's financial functions, tax and financial reporting.
The Board of Directors has reviewed the qualifications, assessed the working experience of Ms Tan Soong Hwa and concluded that Ms Tan possesses the requisite experience and capabilities to carry out her duties as the Group's financial controller and accordingly approved her appointment as the financial controller of the Company.
Ms Tan, 51, will be responsible for HLH Group's financial functions, tax and financial reporting.
In the past ten years, Ms Tan has worked as Vice President (Finance) with Idea Valley Group, Group Financial Controller with Chasen Holdings Ltd, Group Finance Manager with System Electric (S) Pte Ltd and SV Probe Pte Ltd and Finance Manager with Shanghai Merryland Co. Ltd.
