KOP Ltd names Chan Chai Hee as CFO
She will replace Ron Loi Lup Sheng who intended to seek new opportunity and pursue his own interest.
KOP Ltd announced the appointment of Chan Chai Hee as chief financial officer effective 27 February 2015.
Ms Chan, 47, will be responsible for the corporate finance function of the group and matters relating to accounting, financial administration and reporting obligations of the group.
She was CFO at Cityneon Holdings from February 2009 to June 2014, financial controller at BreadTalk from October 2006 to January 2009, and financial controller at Zwick Asia from May 2004 to September 2006, according to a KOP Ltd report.
