Mapletree Logistics Trust Management named Lim Ming Rean as chief financial officer

He succeeded Wong Mei Lian.

Mr. Lim, 40, is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, capital management and taxation matters for Mapletree Logistics Trust and the Manager.

He was director for CIMB Trust Capital Advisors Singapore from October 2015 to November 2016. He was CFO from August 2013 to July 2014 and head of Capital Markets from August 2010 to August 2013 for Keppel REIT Management. He was financial controller for Ascendas (Ascendas Korea and Japan Fund) from July 2008 to August 2010. He was corporate finance manager from May 2006 to July 2008 for Mapletree Logistics Trust Management. He was a licensed valuer and property consultant from 1999 to April 2006 for Burgess Rawson International.
