Cedar Strategic Holdings announced the resignation of Michael Chua Cheow Khoon as lead independent director.
Mr Chua, 64, was also chairman of Audit Committee, and a member of Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee as well as of Remuneration Committee.
He was appointed to the post on 19 December 2011.
