Tan Kay Kiang is retiring.
Mr. Tan Kay Kiang, 71, was appointed non-executive director on July 31, 2009.
On the other hand, Mr. Tan Nan Choon, 48, was appointed alternate director for Mr. Tan Kay Kiang on March 31, 2008.
Upon Mr. Tan Kay Kiang’s retirement, Mr. Tan Nan Choon ceased to be an alternate.
